RENDANG AYAM PEDAS TOK

MATERIALS
A fresh chicken (2 kg budget) - cut 12
2 cups coconut milk KHALIS + 1 cup water = 3 cups coconut milk
(if you use coconut milk, use three cups of coconut milk)
6 tbsp crust
5 pieces of gelugoric acid
4 pieces of turmeric leaf - finely chopped
5 - 6 pieces of purut leaves
1 lemongrass stalk - dititik
3 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp white sugar
Salt to taste
MATERIALS FOR DESCRIPTION
8 tablespoons dried chilli peppers
4 onions - cut into small pieces first
4 cloves garlic
6 lemongrass - sliced
2 inches ginger
1 inch galangal
1 inch turmeric live
Water is enough
REMINDER
1 tsp coriander powder
1 teaspoon sweet cumin powder
1 teaspoon white cumin powder
1 teaspoon of black pepper powder
1 teaspoon of chilli powder
1 tablespoon masala salt powder
1 teaspoon of black cooked spices

COOKING METHOD
1) Cut chicken 12 and removed all skin. Then spread the chicken with 3 tablespoons of wheat flour and 2 tablespoons of vinegar. Leave 2 minutes. Then wash clean and drain.
2) Chop chicken with 3 tablespoons of spices and 1 tablespoon of turmeric powder for about 20 minutes.
3) Heat oil and cook fried chicken. Pick up and drain.
Combine all Spices and mix with a little water until it becomes a paste.
4) Then heat the oil in the pan. Stir in lemongrass until slightly wilted.
5) Put the grind ingredients, stir well. Followed by spice ingredients. Stir and cook until oil is released.

6) Then pour coconut milk and stir. Cook until boiling.
Then add the chicken, followed by slices, lime leaves, keris, brown sugar, white sugar, and salt. Stir well so that it all tastes smooth.
7) When the chicken is cooked and gravy is rather thick, put the sliced turmeric leaf into the chop. Stir well and let it cool down 1 minute on top of the kitchen before flaming lid.
