NASI AMBENG JAWA

Nasi ambeng is Jawa traditional food in Johor. Jawa always make this food for reception, have a few dishes in one name of food, includes rice, yellow noodles, tempe, tauhu, suhun, chicken soy sauce, serunding, and dried fish. So, let me share with you guys how to this delicious traditional Jawa's food.

Chicken Cooked Sauce The ingredients:

● 1 part of the chicken thigh
● Salt turmeric to taste
● Oil for frying
● 1/2 small onion - thinner
● 2 cloves garlic - fried
● 1cm ginger finely chopped
● Succulent soy sauce to taste
● 2-3 pcs of chillies cut into two pieces
● 1-2 green chillies

How to cook:

1. Cut chicken into small pieces and clean
2. Spin chicken with turmeric salt and fry until 2/3 cooked. Then set aside
3. Take two tablespoons of chicken fry excess oil. Saute the onions, garlic, ginger and chillies until they smell. 4. Then add the soy sauce and chicken.
5. Fry until cooked chicken.

 How to cook:

● Salt 
● Sugar 
● Soy sauce 

How to cook:
