NASI BRIYANI DAGING JOHOR
Nasi briyani daging Johor, is a famous dishes when had a wedding reception. Nasi briyani daging is a famous in another country. in Johor if you want to taste this food, you can find in Muar, Johor Bharu and also at Batu Pahat. At Batu Pahat had a big restaurant and there just serve nasi briyani.
This food you can eat with the dishes like "kurma daging"
This is a few ingredient in "nasi briyani"
Water according to the rice scale (preferably 1/2 cans of water if necessary)
And this one for "kurma daging"
1 kilo of meat
1 pack of Kurma Spices
1 thick coconut milk box
1/2 water jug
2 flower door
2 cloves
1 stick cinnamon skin
3-4 pieces of fruit
1 inch Ginger
5 red onions
5 cloves garlic white
3-4 chilies red and green
3 potato Potatoes
1 slice of acid gelugur
1/2 tablespoon of salt
1 small spoon of oil to saute

This food you can eat with the dishes like "kurma daging"

This is a few ingredient in "nasi briyani"
- 1 kg of basmathi rice, soak 1/2 hour and make it clean
- 1 small can of cows (ghee)
- 1 teaspoon of evaporated milk (liquid milk is ok)
- 3 onions, finely chopped
- 5 red onions *blend*
- 5 cloves garlic *blend*
- 2 inch ginger *blend*
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 flower door
- 5 cloves of cloves
- 4 pieces of cardamom
- 2-3 pandan leaves, cut and cut
- A handful of coriander leaves
- A handful of fried onions
- 1/2 cup of rice
- 1/2 cups of raisins
- 1 chicken cube
- Salt to taste

How to make the sauces
- Cut meat 1 inch in size.
- Onion, garlic, potato and red and green chilies are split in half.
- Heat oil in saucepan and saute the cinnamon, cloves, cinnamon and fruit.
- Enter all the ingredients that have been split.
- Then enter the date spice of a little stir and go in the water.
- Enter the meat and bacon pieces too.
- Cook to boil and then enter coconut milk.
- Cook until tender meat and tubers (medium heat)
- After sweet potatoes and meats come in salt and ready to be served.
