NASI BERLAUK GULAI KUNING IKAN TONGKOL

Boiled fish:
1 ikan tongkol - cut
10 slices of sour pieces
Salt - make sure there are plenty of salty taste
A little vinegar - to crush the fish (optional)

Boil all of the above ingredients with a slightly dehydrated fish. Boil until the water is almost dry and flush. Let it overnight, again delicious.

6-7 cloves red onion
4 galangal slices
1/2 inch turmeric live
1 teaspoon dried chillies / 2 dried chillies
1 slice of sour pieces
1 boxes of coconut milk & water to taste
2-3 stalks of green pepper soluble - again delicious
1 cucumber - sliced ​​oblique
