LONTONG JOHOR
Lontong Johor, is a famous food when you going to breakfast in Johor.

How to create it:
1. Heat some of the oil in a saucepan (1/2 cup approx.), Stir fry the spices and galangal until fragrant. Add finely ground flour and turmeric powder. Stir well and cook until oil is released. Use small fire and stirring constantly.
2. Add carrots, squash and potatoes. Stir well and pour liquid coconut milk. Let's boil. Insert the fish cube, tempeh and fucuk (drained). Cook until all soft. Add long bean, tofu, and cabbage. If there is less gravy, it can add some water. Let's boil.
3. Pour coconut milk and taste with salt and sugar to taste. Enter the lime leaves. Lastly add soo hoon, stir and cook with medium heat until soft soo hoon. Feel and if okay can fire off. Can serve with nasi serunding, sambal fried and boiled eggs.

- 12 long beans stalk - oblique sliced
- 70 gram fucuk @ dry tofu, cut into small pieces and soak until tender
- 1 1/2 medium carrot stalks, cut off like a child
- 1 medium sengkuang, cut like a matchmaker
- 5 teaspoons, cube cut
- 1/2 pieces of round cabbage, sliced small
- 2 large-size potatoes, peeled and chopped like a matchmaker
- 800ml coconut milk KHALIS) 400 ml coconut milk + 800ml water = 1200ml liquid milk
- Water if necessary
- 2 shorter soo hoon, short cut
- 4 pieces of lime leaves - thrown in the middle of the leaf
- 2 cubes of anchovy starch
- 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
- Salt and sugar to taste
- Stir frying ingredients:
- 3 lemongrass stalks, dititik
- 1 galangal, tapped
- A little oil
- Stir fry, lemongrass and galangal

- 2 onions
- 5 cloves garlic
- 5 - 6 red chillies
- 3 tablespoon dried prawns, soak 10 minutes and drain
